Dr. Richard Kwabi Ayisi, Deputy Managing Partner

Dr Richard Ayisi is the deputy Managing Partner and Lead Economist at Whitehall Advisors. Richard has alternated between academic and consultancy work in multi-jurisdictional environments that include: think tanks, government, non-government and private sector organizations. 


He is an economics researcher with over a decade experience in economic modelling and policy analyses. Richard is currently an economics lecturer at the University of Ghana. His research focuses on issues relating to economic modelling including Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium - DSGE - and Agent-based modelling, monetary and financial economies, regulations, and monitoring and evaluation of private and public policies.


His work has gained international and national prominence and his articles have been published in leading scholarly journals.


Richard holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, and a PhD in Economics from the University of Milan, Italy.
